It’s probably the question we get asked most – when people are not asking how to fix their computer systems of course.
We were developing a new website a couple of years back and the superhero thing came up by accident.
We wanted to do something different to the standard IT support website. Most IT companies have blue websites with the company name up in the left hand corner and they all look the same.
And then one of our engineers came back in from an emergency visit with a smile on his face saying, “It’s all fixed and they called me a SuperHero”. Another one of our engineers popped his head up and said, “That’s funny I was called that the other day by one of our other clients”.
That got us thinking. SuperHero’s flying quickly to save the day. That’s kind of what we do. Also, we noted that millennials identify with the SuperHero thing – what with the Marvel Comic films and all. So, a concept was born.
It cuts through. We get a lot of traffic to our website and good enquiries from it and we’re placed quite well on Google and Bing for IT support, business IT support, IT services and just about anything else you look for to find computer services companies in Hampshire.
It’s not just on our website. It’s all over our office walls and our brochures.
Simple really. It might not last forever and might not survive next year’s website refresh – but it works well for us.
